Villa Nocciola is a spacious and comfortable holiday home located in the tourist town of Premantura, one of the most popular summer holiday destinations on the Adriatic coast.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, and a sauna with a bathroom. On the upper floor there are six bedrooms, each equipped with an LCD TV, an air conditioner, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. The territory is fully fenced. The outdoor area features a swimming pool, and whirlpool.

Premantura offers a wide variety of opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Various outdoor activities are available to our guests: football, beach volleyball, horseback riding, tennis, and numerous water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, etc. In the evening, the guests can relax in one of the many restaurants and bars. And if you enjoy the nightlife, you can find discos and entertainment venues in nearby Pula.

  • Arrival day: on Saturdays, the earliest arrival at: 4:00 pm
  • Departure not later than: 10:00 am
