When you decide on a particular holiday house, make sure it is available in the desired period. Send us an e-mail form with your inquiry. We will respond with an offer within 24 hours. To ensure your reservation, we will ask you for a down payment of 30%. This amount will be stated in the offer, and you need to pay it into our bank account, which is listed in the offer.

The down payment is irreversible. You need to pay the rest of the amount 30 days before arrival. All prices include VAT and tourist tax for all our guests. The price also includes the bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and water and electricity expenses. The guest, other than the rent for the house, does not pay any other expenses. Deposit for an eventual damage is paid for on arrival, and will be refunded upon arrival. Deposit for all houses is 500 Euros, except for Villa Mare, which is 300 Euros. If you require a bed for a child and a high chair – feeder, please tell us know in time.

If you are arriving with a pet, please let us know about the characteristics of the pet. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you need to contact us in writing at and explain the reasons for cancellation.

Privacy Statement

Villa Premantura Ltd. is committed to protect the personal information of its customers. We collect only the essential, basic information about customers/users, which are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We will inform our customers about the way that we use the collected information, and regularly give the customers an option to choose in which way their information will be used, including the decision whether or not to remove their name from the list that will be used for information campaign. All user information is strictly confidential, and available only to employees who are essential for doing the job.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
