The villa is fully air-conditioned. The territory is fully fenced. The outdoor area features a swimming pool, a barbecue with a summer kitchen, and a covered dining area.
Villa Chiara is located in Premantura, a small town known for Cape Kamenjak, a beautiful nature reserve with rocky beaches alternating with shingle coves. Cape Kamenjak is named one of the top ten most alluring destinations in the Mediterranean.

- 30% of the total cost is paid in advance at the moment of reservation

- Arrival day: on Saturdays, the earliest arrival at: 4:00 pm
- Departure not later than: 10:00 am
