Villa Sole is located in the town of Pomer on the Istrian Peninsula (the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea). On site, our guests will find a kitchen, a living room, an outdoor pool, a large terrace with a hot tub, a sauna, Wi-Fi, a children’s playground, and a private parking space.
The kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The villa features 6 bedrooms (4 double and 2 quadruple), each equipped with an air conditioner and a satellite TV.
On the upper floor there is a terrace featuring a sauna and a hot tub which offers a beautiful sea view.
Istria offers a wide variety of opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Various outdoor activities are available to our guests: football, beach volleyball, horseback riding, tennis, and numerous water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, etc.

Rental terms and conditions:
- The security deposit is €200
- 30% of the total cost is paid in advance at the moment of reservation
- The rest of the total sum is paid 4 weeks before arrival
- The tourist tax is paid separately
- Arrival day: on Saturdays, the earliest arrival at: 4:00 pm
- Departure not later than: 10:00 am

In the low season, arrival is possible on any day of the week
